Worst company ever. Charge you for a new water meter when all you need is a new battery. Now apparently the senor doesnt work and the unit has to be replaced at R3265.00 No notice given ..one just has to pay or you have no water. 1 star is still to low And they have a non chalant attitude I would not recommend them at all.

My water was off since yesterday morning (8th October). I have a prepaid meter and there was more than enough units loaded. I contacted LL Energy via WhatsApp first thing this morning. Lindi assisted me and within a few minutes i had water again. She had to send a signal to my water meter. There is nothing worse than going 24 hours without water but then to have been assisted so swiftly and efficiently was fantastic. I am very grateful to Lindi and thank her for being so friendly, compassionate and most importantly, efficient. Thank you so much.

Please explain to me what monstrosity of a company charges pensioners so much money for electricity... A lady that I know who is 71yrs old went to purchase R50 worth of electricity. She received 0 units and this is not the first time this has happened, every month there is a fee this company charges her with no explanation what it's for.

It is vertually impossible to get a hold of these people. Called a few times, no answer. Saw the owner had viewed my profile on True caller seconds later and didn't respond. They overcharge for water and have varying units for the same amount. Imagine having an urgent water issue and going through this. Companies like this should not exist. Carry on like this and it won't!

These people really dont care, they are there to make money and not provide a service, my meter has not been working now for 2 weeks + I have no water coming out my unit, I have sent them messages and no one ever gets back to me. NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY REALLY DONT PROVIDE A SERVICE WE PAY FOR.
