What a joke of a company, 13th April my mom signed up for Fiber with them, its now the 19th May, still no fiber received. End of April they were quick to take the money for a service not received. we have called VOX and every time we speak to a manager they say we will call you back. To date we are still waiting for the call. WORSE SERIVCE ever received. Still waiting and its almost the end of May. How are you people still in business, as there is no customer service received.
Spoke to Anche and he was super friendly and very helpful, thank you for the good service. No complaints.
CSI is an amazing team of people that really deliver a wonderful service, we have been using them now for just under a year in our complex and I cant complain. They are team players and really go the extra mile. They really on the ball and there when they are needed. The guards are really pleasant to work with and do the job the right way. I would recommend CSI to any one looking for security, you will not regret it at all

After joining and being told I would be registered on the Monday and manuals and books will be couriered to me as well nothing. Tuesday I was then told she was waiting for all the forms from Head Office but they will send me the e-books so long via mail. Even after asking to please make sure the correct grade is loaded they go load the wrong grade. Then I get sent a link to download the Javelin pdf reader that supports Mac too, which turns out it does not. My Mac is not compatible so I have no way of reading the e-books. I asked ***** for a refund she says ok she will let me know, have not heard anything. I called the Syllabis to enquire how long a refund takes as I want to join another institution, so Elias (I think his name was) tries to convince me to stay I give him the time to try, to be told that ***** is one of the best sales people he has and she is under so much pressure she is making mistakes. NOT MY PROBLEM if you need help you ask. Long story short I told him I'm sorry but I am not convinced to stay, his reply to me was " O you one of those people". I was so angry that he praised Syllabus and ****** but they cant deliver what they promise and they then make excuses up to make you stay. No this is not the way you do business if you are so under pressure then say so instead of making promises you cant keep. I will never recommend Syllabis to anyone in my life. </div>
These people really dont care, they are there to make money and not provide a service, my meter has not been working now for 2 weeks + I have no water coming out my unit, I have sent them messages and no one ever gets back to me. NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY REALLY DONT PROVIDE A SERVICE WE PAY FOR.
Amazing service received from Nathaniel Jordaan helped me with all my questions and really went the extra mile of explaining things to me where I seemed a bit stupid but a word of patients with me. Wow the service is amazing once again. This sales man really deserves a job well done.
I paid for lessons with this driving school to which I though would be good as the instructor really made herself sound excellent, to my surprise I was dropped 3 days before doing my licence and I was refunded half my money back after only getting 3 lessons. This is not a recommended driving school at all, not reliable
