Elderly are treated with hostility
I am extremely disappointed at how you treat the elderly, in over 30yrs, shopping at Shoprite Checkers and growing up seeing the numerous changes in your Mitchell's Plain store, I have never seen any of your employees disrespect the elderly and to disrespect my mother by shouting at her as if she is a child. Not to mention the look of disgust on your Branch Managers face at my mother when my mother lodged a complaint in his office. What kind of customer service is this that you are providing, this should not be tolerated at any business from employees at elderly. I am truly disappointed that you would hire people who do not have the skillset to address customers with respect and I should know because I work in customer service.

Worst Sit-Down Service Ever!!
Pedros Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain....absolutely atrocious service... Your food is cold and you still waiting on your rolls and cold drinks...how the hell are you still in business with this poor service....how do you order a meal that comes seperately 20-30mins apart

False Advertising and Counterfeit Products
My utter disgust in your false advertising of Authentic Microsoft Products only to receive a counterfeit product after a week and a half of waiting for it to arrive. Since when do you have the audacity to do this to people, do you think it's a joke for someone to pay nearly R1500 for a product, only to receive a counterfeit! What the hell!? I will never purchase from you or recommend anyone to purchase from you again.

How the hell you selling Microsoft Xbox Series S/X controllers and when the package is finally delivered after a whole week of waiting, it's a damn **** Chinese controller that I paid nearly R1500 for. I will never recommend anyone to purchase you!!!

Being a loyal uber rider, I am disgusted at the service provided.I take the safety of my family very seriously & if I am to find out that 1 more driver is making advances towards 1 of my family members, it is going to be more than a hellopeter rant. I am absolutely disgusted at this bull**** going on.

Buses are now uncleaned urinals
I travel to work by bus everyday and it's so ridiculous for the bus to smell like pee everyday, like it stinks and it's nauseating. I find it amazing that during covid-19 the bus was maintained according to regulations but now noone gives a damn about hygiene in your service that is running longer than 150yrs. Where has the pride gone, geez!

Courier drank my vodka
So my delivery gets to me and I don't notice that 1 of my bottles has been opened and quarter of it gone. My first and last time using this service and I will not be recommending it to anyone!

EasyPay no longer trustworthy
Easy pay supposed to be Easy but it's not easy at all, especially when you make a payment towards your Municipal account and the money doesn't get paid, so you now have to end up paying double the amount. Also sucks when they don't reply to your emails or messages or can't get through to them. So your initial payment is also gone with the wind😡
