Last week Wednesday i had to make the difficult decision of placing myself under Debt Review with the company called Zero Debt. In a matter of 5 days i have received at least 30 calls from Finchoice and have had to constantly repeat the same thing! If u don't know what DEBT REVIEW means, i suggest u google it!
Absolutely lazy and useless!!! On hold, 3 times, for over 20 minutes, and finally, when the lazy ppl answer they just cut the call because they're too utterly lazy to do their job! Trying to apply to skip a payment, as they refuse to assist, and i tried, i just won't pay!!
They say your loan will be processed within 20 minutes .. Pffft!! A day and a half later and your application is still sitting at 93%. You then sit 35 minutes on the telephone line, and u are in hold in a queue, when your call is finally answered, u are told they need a document from you .. So had you not called, you would have never known. You send the document and hours later, nothing, no progress, nothing. Your application is STILL sitting at 93%. .... I eventually called back and made them cancel the entire application. What a terrible service!
I app**** today for a consolidation loan .. I received a call from Bernadine Tango. Firstly, she was speaking so fast I had to tell her to slow down as i didn't hear a word she was saying, 2ndly, when trying to ask her questions, she would talk over me and not give me a chance at all to ask or say what i needed to ask. She needs to learn manners! Also, my surname is Heylen, it is on all the documents i sent as well as on my email and she refers to me as Ms Henley?! Old Mutual need to employ people with manners! Or not put rude people like Bernadine in the sales department
My water was off since yesterday morning (8th October). I have a prepaid meter and there was more than enough units loaded. I contacted LL Energy via WhatsApp first thing this morning. Lindi assisted me and within a few minutes i had water again. She had to send a signal to my water meter. There is nothing worse than going 24 hours without water but then to have been assisted so swiftly and efficiently was fantastic. I am very grateful to Lindi and thank her for being so friendly, compassionate and most importantly, efficient. Thank you so much.

Petworld Cape Gate - So nobody at your store knows what is happening with my order, people are supposedly on lunch at 15:40, so they "will not help me now", as someone called Monique, tells me. Then its Johannesburg's problem, as Monique tells me, then the so-called manager, Melissa, lies and tells me someone will phone me back in 10 minutes. That was at 15:40, and if they do not call me back, she will personally call me. Nobody bothered calling me back, as i knew would happen!! So at the end of the day, nobody knows a damn thing about my order and i get **** to. Each person i had the misfortune of dealing with at the Cape Gate branch is as unhelpful as the next person. What a disgrace! I WANT ANSWERS AS TO WHERE MY ORDER IS!! This is my first, amd very last time i will ever purchase from Petworld again!
I tried for HOURS, over and over and over again to get the debicheck sent. Finchoice keeps saying they have sent it yet there is NO debit order mandate to approve, and without accepting a debicheck you don't get the loan. On top of it, i now have an enquiry on my credit report, done by Finchoice, for absolutely NOTHING! What a waste of my time!
Experian South Africa are the most disgusting, pathetic poor excuse for a credit bureau IMAGINABLE!!! After 15 years of trying to clear my name from debt review, thanks to a debt counselor who stole my money instead of paying the creditors, i finally got my clearance certificate in November this year, and all the credit bureaus removed the debt review flag, no problem ... But then we have these useless lot at Experian South Africa (Pty) Ltd who inform me that they are disputing my clearance certificate, for no reason whatsoever!! The next day they send me a message telling me that they have removed the debt review flag, which they did. Suddenly today i receive an email from this incompetent credit bureau, informing me that i cannot apply for any credit due to the dispute these same idiots lodged with regards to my legal, legitimate clearance certificate!! Experian South Africa kindly tell me who the hell do u think u are thinking u can stuff around with my financial life like this?! Do u think you are God?! Is there something wrong with u lot there ? Tell me please, please ... who the hell do u think you are?! I am taking this matter to the NCR and my attorney!! You are full of damn shi!t! You're a disgrace!!
On 10 June 2021 i noticed that Nedbank had deducted R24 from my bank account for Greenbacks linkage fee without my authorization. I never requested to link up Green backs, I don't even know what it is! For the past 5 days I have been trying to get my money back. I was given reference nr. 47691282. For the past 5 days I have been lied to by various Nedbank chat agents. First i was told that the issue was with the supervisor, then i was lied to and told that the reversal was processed, then I was lied to and told I would have the finds today (19th June), today I was told the issue was sitting with the card supervisor. Lies after lies after lies and still my stolen funds have not been returned. This is not the first time they have taken funds out my account. This amounts to theft and fraud.
