COMPLAINT

The service I received recently from L&M Vredenburg has left me quite frustrated. Firstly, the towing company they utilized caused damage to my vehicle by s****ing my front lip, resulting in noticeable scratches. This is not the level of care I expect from a reputable company. Additionally, I am very unhappy over the fact that one of their workers sc****d my rims during the process. I had no scratches on my rims prior to this incident. What is even more concerning is that your company didn’t bother to inform me of this damage, seemingly hoping that I wouldn’t notice. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
