Outrageous Cost

My colleague was charged R1,895 plus a R295 call-out fee by Lockboys (067 018 1814) after accidentally locking the key in their car. The locksmith took less than two minutes to unlock a 2014 Getz – quick service, yes, but at an absolutely outrageous cost. This was also at 8am, during normal business hours.

This feels like nothing short of a rip-off. How would you feel paying over R2,000 for such a simple job?
