Shocking service! I can never get hold of your team. Trying to resolve any issue with VOX feels like pulling teeth. Tickets are closed without the problem being resolved, and your team cannot be reached for follow-up. Please note, being business owners does not mean we are available to take calls at any given moment. If an issue arises, your team should follow up to ensure it is fully resolved before closing the ticket, rather than waiting for us to call again. I have only but experienced frustration when dealing with VOX.
My colleague was charged R1,895 plus a R295 call-out fee by Lockboys (067 018 1814) after accidentally locking the key in their car. The locksmith took less than two minutes to unlock a 2014 Getz – quick service, yes, but at an absolutely outrageous cost. This was also at 8am, during normal business hours. This feels like nothing short of a rip-off. How would you feel paying over R2,000 for such a simple job?
Before ordering your mirrors from mirror_ornaments_za think twice. Their 40k following on Instagram looks great, but then you receive your mirrors and the quality if poor. I have been trying to get theses mirrors replaced, but this company couldn't care less and refuses to take my calls. I have left a comment on Instagram, but obviously, I have now been blocked. They don't have a website and I cannot tell you where these mirrors are being manufactured as they delivered. Do not pay your items in full ever. This is such bad business practice. So disappointed.
I have been harassed by the TFG Group for money I apparently owe them. We have a Decorators card and pay COD. We cannot buy on credit as we do not have an account, yet they have handed us over to their Debt Collectors and want to list me on ITC!! After numerous calls, emails, proof of payment of the amount in question, they still keep on harrassing me for this payment. One cannot communicate with anyone in the call centre and emails just keep coming back saying we owe them money! The incompetence of the people we are dealing with is absolutely shocking. @Home Mall of the South are also trying to assist us, as we buy most of our stock there, and they are not even getting assistance from their Head Office. How are we as the public supposed to come right? Bad service TFG Group!!!
Received great service from Homechoice! After all the bad reviews, I decided to take a chance by placing an order and I must say, the service was GREAT! Well done Homechoice!
