I had a very disappointing experience with this locksmith. I was given a quote upfront, but once the job was completed, the final amount charged was significantly higher than what was originally discussed.

The additional charges were not clearly explained beforehand, and I felt pressured to pay immediately. When I questioned the discrepancy, the response was dismissive and did not resolve my concerns.

Transparency and fair pricing are critical for this type of service, especially in stressful situations. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I would advise other customers to confirm all costs in writing before proceeding.
