A low blow!! Terrible service!!

Pathetic!!!! Wish there was a zero! R150 call out fee with the promise to determine price on site -never did that, simply opened my son's car boot and dropped the bomb that it was R3600. I am beyond livid! Not only won't they admit it was their mistake the boss also still has not phoned me. The manager dropped the price to R2200 which is still ridiculous! Determine on site means TELL ME FIRST before you start!! Service is pathetic! Never use them.
