Bad Experience

<p>Mid November 2016 I contacted Log - Tec to arrange for the transportation of my Samsung Combi fridge (fridge value R6500).I had informed Eben (owner) that the fridge should be stored at his premises until I send him the address as I had to relocate for work purposes, and I would only get the final address details later. Log - Tec had my mobile number for any further information needed at any time. In January 2017 I contacted Eben and informed him that I would like to cancel the transportation but storage would be paid for from mid November 2016 to Jan 2017 as someone in Cpt had agreed to buy the fridge by paying cash. Eben asked me to please sell the fridge to him and not the other party, as he would pay me cash for it. The other person had agreed to pay R6500 for the fridge but I decided to reduce the price to R4000 for Eben, compensating for storage from mid November 2016 to Jan 2017.At the time I was convinced that I had no need for concern and I would be paid for my fridge. After many calls since then until now 12 April 2017, I have only received a lousy R500.During all my many calls I was always informed by him that he will make the deposit on the day and would call me later, which he never did. I was extremely patient over the past months. The company trucks run daily which requires money to do so, yet I was told there is no money available to pay me. I have now learnt to deal with people and companies whose actions speak louder than words.</p>
