taking advantage of conumsers consultant with bad attitude

Dept Map put me under debt review without me knowing the consultant made it seem they were calling on behalf of my bank now im flagged on my credit when i contact them no one wants to help me i spoke many times to a very disrespectful girl called Noreen Dhirau who refuses to help me and a so called supervisor whose never available to speak to me called Trevor Tshemu this is undesirable business sense that takes advantage of consumers dont associate with these people they donr even have a compliance department i was never part of them i have no agreement with them
