on the first of march i ordered groceries from mr D app at pick and pay i had to wait 3 hours for the food to be delivered which had items missing i then followed up they said they will refund me for items they didnt have but made me pay for until today i havent recieved my money friday l spoke to Nikitta who is very *********** and made promises that friday id get my money until today nothing these people are money ****mers do not use their services
after many weeks of being bul**** by pace rental agents that i am owing a certain amount that i don't even know that they disable my service for the car i have fully paid the whole month i just spoke to an agent we agreed and now she sends me an email that i owe a certain amount that when i ask where its coming from she can't explain
spoke to a consultant Mamela Maphala AN AGENT WITH ATTITUDE when asking questions she pauses and sighs but can not give help and solutions to probelms after weeks of following up on my claim they still haven't paid me i received a paid up letter but still they haven't paid me when i call they say they are waiting for tax this kind of bad service and play with clients mind i waited on the line to speak to the manager WHO REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME HER NAME IS JUANITA RUITERS this kind of service needs to end in SA THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT SOING US FAVOR I AM DISGUSTED
