My last experience was the same as this one I've always bought my electrical kitchen appliances at game specially my hand mixers it's the fourth time over the course of my life that I have used the product only to have it break exactly the same time (after 12-14 months. Im not sure what the problem is with this particular company but I know for a fact that lower standard kitchen electrical appliance makers design their products to only last around 12 yo 14 month so as to avoid the guarantee and to make sure business is always booming. Meanwhile people like me who struggle to get anything and has to work had to take care of products I buy are being taken advantage off. I am going to test my theory and I would like anyone interested to let me know. Logink.. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Logik kettle
Good day I want to lock an complaint about a kettle. I have to looked for the warranty / guarantee what ever is needed to get attention. But at first we thought that the smell you receive from boiling the water will get away. But to our disappointment iit never did. So we've using it to just boil water to use for food. In any case my son a 2nd year medical student received this as a gift but never could use it. He gave it to us. So yesterday afternoon I got the fright of my life , boiling water and heard a bang and the lid flew in the sky and the purificator flew out of the kettle. The lid was attached to the kettle so it totally brake off. So we had a power failure and luckily it was just the plugs not working as we have all our plugs on separate curcits. So to use LOGIK is not so logic for me. Florence Phillips 0814187064

Logik Food Processor
I received a Logik food processor as a birthday gift about two months ago, and on the third use, the jug of the blender shattered at the bottom. LUCKILY I wasn't working with liquids at the time, as we all know that liquid and electricity is a massive SAFETY HAZARD! There is no way to contact Logik and get a replacement, even though they FALSELY claim that your appliance comes with a two year warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON LOGIK!!! It's plastic ****.

POOR PRODUCT
I bought an air cooler and the sale man at game told me its best brand, but its not it just waist of money their products needs to be discontinued because of false advertising.

False Advertising Logik
To all consumers interested in buying either the 6 or 9 litre Logik Air Cooler with Remote.... Neither does have remotes! It clearly says in the boxes that it does but that is all just false advertising. According to personnel at Game they contacted the supplier (Logik) to complain about this but they, Logik , promised to attend to the issue but yet the products are still in the stores in boxes that says it includes remotes!! After discovering that the litre air cooler does not have a remote ,I took it back and exchanged it for the 9 litre (with remote) but ….. no remote. I urge Game and all stores stocking these products to take it of their shelves. After all, there are more people that complained about the same issue but nothing was done!

Bad brand Logik
I purchased a logik cake mixer with stand about a month ago. I used it only once and it doesn't work anymore. I have unfortunately no longer the receipt or packaging. I find that it's ridiculous that this product has such short life span. I purchased it from Game in River Square Mall, Three Rivers Vereeniging. I would really like to be refunded and hand the product back.
