My last experience was the same as this one I've always bought my electrical kitchen appliances at game specially my hand mixers it's the fourth time over the course of my life that I have used the product only to have it break exactly the same time (after 12-14 months. Im not sure what the problem is with this particular company but I know for a fact that lower standard kitchen electrical appliance makers design their products to only last around 12 yo 14 month so as to avoid the guarantee and to make sure business is always booming. Meanwhile people like me who struggle to get anything and has to work had to take care of products I buy are being taken advantage off. I am going to test my theory and I would like anyone interested to let me know. Logink.. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
Ever since my last review and complaints I must say that Supabets have improved tremendously the customer service team are extremely helpful they resolve issues faster they are polite and they even for follow ups. Great improvement guys keep up the good work. it's actually a joy to interact with the.👍👍
Top t is part of the italtile group and being such a reputable company would expect them to be ashamed them to be ashamed to be associated with such a terrible company I wrote a review on top t and since then I have complained to just about every branch of this company I've even complained to the consumer ombudsman. I have received a call from the debtors department wh informed me that would receive my money today. Today the told me tomorrow this has been going on since the 21and to top it all off the wall keep 10% of what I paid for the rotten bucket of water they sold me. If a company offers quality products and the customer doesn't receive quality products they should the refund should be in full and urgent.it see that more and more companies are treating the consumer as the or at fault there's no regard for the customers satisfaction anymore. And because not many people are prepared to complain these companies just carry on treating the customer worse and worse
I bought a 20lt pva paint from top tile Uitenhage when I opened the tin the paint was rotten and not paint at all. I used to work for prominent paints so I know quality and I know what a bucket of water is. I returned the paint a week and a few days ago the refused to give me a full refund said they had to charge a handling fee which is insane because they decided to sell a bucket of toilet water. It's been more than a week every be time I call then the waiting period for a refund has a longer fulfillment date. This is unacceptable from a company offering value for money. Once again it's pep I bought a tablet 2 weeks ago and found out that they delivered it to Johannesburg and I'm in port Elizabeth I finally told them to cancel this order now they say my refund will take more weeks I don't understand why I should wait for my own money immediately I paid it immediately do giving my money back should be too be hard. These people advertise that they cater to low income households but no business I've done with them has been easy or cheap and all the staff are unfriendly and customer service agents feels like they have idea what business etiquette id
I bought a tablet through foneyam not knowing what it really meant. The salesman told me that I'll pay the deposit and then R246 and then I told him I refuse to go into something like a contract and explicitly asked him if I could pay the balance of the phones price tomorrow and be done with it he assured me that I could so I am returning this phone after reading that this is actually a deal to exploit the poor and vulnerable I will return it and I will record this interaction and I also always record conversations when I'm doing any kind of business so there is know way that I was told that this is a phone I pay for that will never belong to me. And this was pep stores where I already purchased the same tablet last week and after being told there's no stock pep stores senda me a message to say that my tablet will be delivered to Johannesburg l....am in Port Elizabeth so now u have 2 tablets the whole entire staff are *********** and misleading I want the bosses or CEO's to please please try and defend themselves after hearing my recordings. Stop exploiting the poor this is the worst deal you could offer someone who is already struggling
I don't even feel like giving that one star. Vodacom and intercape have no idea what they are doing. "See my review on Vodacom. I bought voucher tried to book a ticket and the vouchers were invalid Vodacom has been " investigating since Sunday they have now given the "case of my ****** money" over to intercape who refuse to give me a date as to when I will receive my money. Last month I also bought voucher that amounted to more than the ticket price and they were invalid to R500 DO NOT BUY INTERCAPE VOUCHERS YOU PEOPLE. It's my own money for no services rendered why is there an investigation I hate everything!!!!! I had to borrow money to buy another ticket yesterday so that my daughter may come home at last. These people don't realise what we hi. Through when things like this happen. I don't get a salary I'm not working I haven't slept since Sunday because of this
This is just a warning do not purchase any intercape vouchers on your Vodacom app I bought vouchers twice and twice they they took my money and gave me invalid coupons I couldn't book my ticket and now they telling me I need to wait 7 days for an investigation there is no one who wants to help me intercape says it's Vodacoms problem Vodacom keeps asking me to contact intercape so now I've given Vodacom r900 and have nothing to show for it
I would just like to bring your attention to this ******** enterprise. I had bought a house in October 2023 I paid this money in cash into a trust account since the payment the attorney has disappeared the **** estate agents was shot on the head for swindling the elderly he took their money and these poor people are sitting without homes without money without income I've also learnt that his reach went as far as Johannesburg with a poor lady battling cancer. I have contacted the LPC I have taken further legal action but my heart goes out to all the people he is still de*****ing I feel really hopeless and a bigger scene should be made but I don't know how to go about it. There's literally hundreds of people in port Elizabeth he is doing this to. If someone out there can offer me some advice on how to go about stopping this evil man please contact me
