I am very disappointed with the service I received from QuickBus. I made an online booking and completed the payment through my Capitec account at 12:14. However, I never received my ticket after payment was confirmed. I waited for over two hours with no communication or ticket issued. I eventually had to call their customer service at around 14:30 to follow up before they could assist me. This delay was very inconvenient and unprofessional. QuickBus needs to improve their system and customer communication. Customers should not have to chase after a ticket they’ve already paid for.

I purchased tickets on my FNB on 28/11/2024. I called Quick bus since the morning of the 28/11/2024. I have called every day since. I called and no one answers, and when they do they speak then drop the line. I have called them over 50 times, with no help. I will never recommend you use this service.

I booked 2 tickets for my kids to go to jhb quickbus through the vodac app had told me that i has a voucher for r100 to be deducted from the overall p a payment they never gave me the discount i had to oay full price i do not work no i come my family is is right now and i urgently need to go to Johannesburg from p.e theres an s voucher agsin but when chekimg our snd confirmation tne voucher is not a available why lie to people who are struggling to ends meet vodacom is sadistic

I made a booking with QuickBus on the 21st of December 2022, i was supposed to travel from Durban to Johannesburg but unfortunately i missed my bus. After my bus confirmation ticket they sent me an email containing the ticket. And on their T&cs there was a line that says they're responsible for refunds,but they refused to give me back my money and told me i must ask the bus company since the money is already with the bus operator.
