Logik kettle

Good day 

I want to lock an complaint about a kettle. 

I have to looked for the warranty / guarantee what ever is needed to get attention. 

But at first we thought that the smell you receive from boiling the water will get away. But to our disappointment iit never did. So we've using it to just boil water to use for food. In any case my son a 2nd year medical student received this as a gift but never could use it. He gave it to us. 

So yesterday afternoon I got the fright of my life , boiling water and heard a bang and the lid flew in the sky and the purificator flew out of the kettle. The lid was attached to the kettle so it totally brake off. 

So we had a power failure and luckily it was just the plugs not working as we have all our plugs on  separate curcits. 

So to use LOGIK is not so logic for me.
