Satisfactory Customer Service

I ordered from John Craig on Monday and on Tuesday they were out for delivery unfortunately I was not at home and rescheduled for Thursday however after moving my schedule around I was able to get in touch with them and get them to deliver on Wednesday instead and they were still accommodating not to mention how instantaneous they are with responses on their WhatsApp line. Honestly satisfied with the service I got, Bontle who was the WhatsApp agent I got to help with tracking my parcel and applying arrangements at my behest is an absolute star when it comes to customer service. Props to Logistical Solutionist with their work ethic and customer service
