29th Dec still no Xmas gift
I ordered my daughters christmas gift on the 17th Dec and it was brought from JHB to CPT on the 22nd of Dec. Today the 29th I am still waiting and the contact numbers provided are proving fruitful at all. The office numbers rings then the ext is unavailable. Whatsapp no confirmation received. If someone would provide an update, I am even willing to fetch it at the Depot.

Satisfactory Customer Service
I ordered from John Craig on Monday and on Tuesday they were out for delivery unfortunately I was not at home and rescheduled for Thursday however after moving my schedule around I was able to get in touch with them and get them to deliver on Wednesday instead and they were still accommodating not to mention how instantaneous they are with responses on their WhatsApp line. Honestly satisfied with the service I got, Bontle who was the WhatsApp agent I got to help with tracking my parcel and applying arrangements at my behest is an absolute star when it comes to customer service. Props to Logistical Solutionist with their work ethic and customer service

Worst Delivery Service Ever!!!!!
I bought nike sneakers from studio 88 . Today Logistical Solutionist sent me an email at 07.10 that they are out for delivery. Its 19.05 now and still no delivery. I took a day off to wait for it and now its a day wasted. No communication from them. Im the one who kept on calling to ask and i was told the driver has the shoes. Worst service ever!!!!

Worst Delivery Service Ever!!!!!
I bought nike sneakers from studio 88 . Today Logistical Solutionist sent me an email at 07.10 that they are out for delivery. Its 19.05 now and still no delivery. Best delivery business by far
Best service by far my order was fast from Jozi to Cape Town and they came so early in the morning that I was still sleeping I kept on calling my number and ringing the bell till I woke up they gave the best customer service highly recommended

The courtier never called my phone to tell me that my order is outside he just stood there
I ordered a package from studio 88 but when the logistical solutionist delivery man arrived at my house he never called my phone he just hootered and just stood at my gate. As a courtier you must call the customer to inform them that you are outside with their delivery. I wonder how I was supposed to know that my order had arrived without any notification from the driver through whatsapp or call. I think studio 88 must change their courtier.

Nightmare Courier
Still waiting on the 4th of March for a package that was collected in Boksburg on the 18th of February. I was told this morning that I could expect delivery tomorrow the 5th March but have just been told on Friday. They have consistently given me a different story every time I have spoken with them. Unreliable
