The courtier never called my phone to tell me that my order is outside he just stood there

I ordered a package from studio 88 but when the logistical solutionist delivery man arrived at my house he never called my phone he just hootered and just stood at my gate. As a courtier you must call the customer to inform them that you are outside with their delivery. I wonder how I was supposed to know that my order had arrived without any notification from the driver through whatsapp or call. I think studio 88 must change their courtier.
