I ordered my daughters christmas gift on the 17th Dec and it was brought from JHB to CPT on the 22nd of Dec. Today the 29th I am still waiting and the contact numbers provided are proving fruitful at all. The office numbers rings then the ext is unavailable. Whatsapp no confirmation received. If someone would provide an update, I am even willing to fetch it at the Depot.
Good day, I froze my contract for 3 months and am told that I am still liable for 50% of the monthly fees. Apparently this is the terms and conditions. When asked to see it I was told they don't send it to customers. I have requested a copy of my contract and I am still waiting. No feedback 1 month later. They have pathetic customer service. They are forcing me to cancel
<p>So I just paid R500 on our dsTV account to be told the old decoder doesn't work we need to pay 450 for a new one. I think that they should cover the new one as my analogue decoder is not faulty but your system doesn't support the device any longer. I either want a full refund or I would like you to cover the new decoder. This is not a customer error but a system issue as the consultant advised. </p> <p>All users nationally are having issues with the old decoders. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
