I ordered specs Jan 2014, i was offered a Crizal anto glare coating. 2016 The Crizal coating started to delaminate,craze , affecting my vision. I went to see Mrs Verster 9 April, she says Crizal has a one year warranty (Crizal later confirmed a two year), she says will see what she can do.<br> <br> Day one, optometrists try and remove the layer themselves,day 2 send to lab, day 3 lab sends back, day 4 my partner goes to fetch the specs, as i cant see!! Mervin says not back! (all this time I am following up)<br> Have to convince them the specs lenses are back, then they fit and charge a R230 fee, as they claim Crizal/Essilor charged them!!! (not true, Lab confirmed a no charge)how dishonest!<br> <br> I dont what one would call this service?
