Shoe stretch

Just want to share my experience with the branch in Stellenbosch Eikestad Mall.

Took my shoes for a slight stretch. It was stretched three times but they couldn't stretch it and I was told no refunds.

How can one pay for a service that was not delivered. The owner told the guy working at the stand to stretch it again, bare in mind I've waited two weeks now.

Pathetic service and the owner is a f***ing asshole. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there again.
