Terrible service from London Keys and Services in Vaal Mall

I will definitely not recommend the London Keys and Services at Vaal Mall to anyone.

This morning I went in the store to get a Dog identification tag. A guy by the name of James got the name and number from me that must go on the tag, once I gave him the information he got up and left the store, he completely engorged me not mentioning where he is going, if I should wait or how long he is going to be. After 10 minutes he still has not returned to the store, I left due to the pour service.

He phoned 2 hours later, telling me that I must come and collect the tag. I told him that I didn't want the tag anymore due to the pour service that I received that is way I left the shop. He was extremely rude over the phone and treated to blacklist me (not sure on what grounds and info) if I don't collect the tag.
