Joanne Robolakis 4 reviews just now New I was **********. After asking for the price of a cellphone screen protector, the assistant was told to get me one. I asked again what the price was and already he was putting it on my phone and O was told not to worry they’ll give me a good price they then proceeded to put a camera protector on again I asked how much and I got the same response, they then got a phone cover and put it on, I asked the same question again, they calculated and it was R1,500! I said no way I only wanted a screen protector, they removed the cover and said R850 for the screen protector and camera protector. I said O didn’t want any of the items and was told they wouldn’t take them off. I finally walked out having paid R650 for something I could have got for half the price!

Thank you very much to the cleaning staff in the lower level ladies bathroom and the security staff in the control room. And Olwethu who handed my bag to the security at the lonehill shopping centre at 1:00pm on 22 January 2021. I received my bag back with nothing missing. Your honesty is truly remarkable.

Lonehill shopping centre has no monitoring at the entrance for masks or sanitizer. Many people are walking around without masks and especially the country meat market they have no monitor at their entrance with no sanitizer spray for customers, the whole centre is not safe.

I was just pulling out of the underground car park at 10:10 am today. I had to tell the car guard to please go away as he was wafting and going mad "directing" me on how to drive my own car. He was standing right in front of where I needed to pull out. He then started staring and swearing at me which I then had to hurriedly to exit out of fear of further harassment and bumped the left of my car on the cement pole! I am furious i always get harassed by your car guards and as this is recorded i would like the footage so I can press charges for the damage caused by car guard harassment. They continuously do this I can't stand them. And they obviously pick on female drivers! Today it caused me to cause damage my vehicle. I actually am going to stop shopping there if something is not done about the horrible car guards they follow and harass and don't move out the way unless yo7 give them money. I spend money on car insurance and in the centre daily they are nothing more than added harassment and concern for me as a shopper there! This time resulting in car damage! I have all pictures of damage however this site will only allow 1 upload.

I am a regular at Lonehill Shopping Centre ..... spending over R20K per month across Woolworths, PnP, Sorbet, Carlton Express etc. It is where I used to shop ..... used to .....

On Friday night my wheel was illegally clamped by the Fidelity guards at the centre ..... I have a photo of the sign ..... completely illegible ..... looks like someone wrote on a whiteboard & then rubbed it out. I had to pay R250 to unclamp the wheel and put up with abuse from the guards & centre manager.

But this is now the problem of the businesses I used to loyally support ..... Sorbet, PnP, Woolworths, Carlton Hair etc. as after Friday night’s experience I refuse to ever set foot in the shopping centre ..... which is a pity. I am also actively discouraging everyone I know and work with to do the same. Loyal patronage should NEVER be subject to this.
