Look and Listen definitely not worth it anymore

<p>I notice Look n Listen at Hillfox is having a closing down sale. They are more than likely closing down because they are not making money and this is because their customer service is non-existent. I went there last week to find a movie I have been looking for. The place is huge with a lot of shelves and counters and stuff all over the place. I did not want to waste time wading through row upon row of all sorts of stuff and asked one of the guys to show me where to find what I was looking for. He merely pointed me to a shelf further down in the store. When I looked somewhat lost he irritatingly led me to the shelf and then left me to do my own thing. A total don't-care attitude.</p> <p>I remember Look and Listen at other outlets from many years ago when service was still great and staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. I don't know what has happened since then. Hillfox is a total disaster! That outlet will definitely NOT be missed.</p>
