LOOKOUT for the LOUKOUT DECK!
The Lookout Deck team and Jeanine has recently made my mom's birthday super special with the most delicious pizzas I've ever had!! I went there again recently for a sneaky lunch and beer - and WOW - what a lekker vibe, GREAT FOOD and amazingly friendly service. Each staff member I have encountered has been super friendly and helpful. I definitely have a new favorite spot! THANK YOU LOOKOUT DECK!!! 😎🐳🐬🌞🍻🍕🏄♀️🏝 PLETTENBERG BAY, WC

LOOKOUT for the LOUKOUT DECK!
The Lookout Deck team and Jeanine has recently made my mom's birthday super special with the most delicious pizzas I've ever had!! I went there again recently for a sneaky lunch and beer - and WOW - what a lekker vibe, GREAT FOOD and amazingly friendly service. Sadly declining service, increasing cost.
Was once a nice place, but since its new Cape Town based ownership, the food has become increasingly expensive, to the extent I have stopped going there, a pity, as the sea view is charming. Also, I visit there on my own, and find that If parties come after me, they get served first, and I am invisible. Related, the service is very slow.

Absolutely Racist!!!!
The manager didn't even greet us, walking into the restaurant. Just took temparitures and turned his back to us. Didn't help us to a table. Nothing. To top it off, Absolutely racist!!!! Walked in as a non white couple and we were completely ignored. No service what so ever. Literally all the staff just manned the area where all the white people were seated. It's crazy how places like this still exist and think they can get away with **** like this.

not value for money
beautiful view and beautiful restaurant pity about the food can see way there was not a lot of local's R105 for a breakfast 2 eggs 2 pork sausages (wieners) and a blob of bake beans come on you can do better my be take a lesson by mug and bean or spur at this point I would like to say mug and bean is cheaper and better value

Half portions!
<p>Waiting outside to be seeted at the aclaimed lookout resuarant, we considered the choises between meat and fish. As it was renound for its fish, we headed that way. Finally seated, not as busy as we thought but were told to be patient as the kitchen was closing for a while to prpare for lunch...HUH, closing!!! 45 min later, after two drink orders we were able to order our meal. Pricy but apparantly worth it, we ordered a combo of fish and calamari rings(always a winner at ocean basket). My fiance ordered the chicken schnitzel, a great choice. Wow were we dissapointed. A piece of fish the size of a coaster, about ten cm by ten cm, 9, and exactly 9 calamari rings, a salad containing mainly leaves and a few tomato, garnished with two olives and a bit of feta, acompanied by 12 chips....The chicken dish was one breast, FLATENED with a sauce and a slice of lemon....nothing else! When i spoke to the manager, i was told this is how it was served and thats that, The explination given for the combo was that they took half portions in order to make the dish, at R130 i was disgusted. The chicken schnitzel was a wopping R110...costings done by a greedy owner i would say....i had a better meal from Mug $ bean the next dat at a fraction of the price! As for the taste...nothing spectacular!</p>
