Broken bunked beds

I bought bunked beds at lotters last year for my 10 year old and 3year old both daughters and recently I my kids have been complaining about wood falling apart and I went to their offices in Roodepoort and I was advised that I must take the beds to their office and they will then advise if it was user damage of factory fault.

the bottom bed was used by my 3 year old and the top by the 10 year old.

now my kids are sleeping on the floor yet they have beds I bought for them hoping it's good quality I must say I am disappointed.

I got a call from Tanya from Lotters advising me that the head office will be delivering new bunked beds for my kids
