Zero customer service, take your business elsewher
Absolutely never buying something from them again. I placed an order on 7 Jan , and was more than prepared to wait the 14 days for the product to be manufactured. After this came and went I followed up and was told that the supplier was closed for Dec (also understandable) and everything is delayed by about a week. Once again I was willing to wait. As this period passed I again followed up and was promised delivery on 7 Feb, I tried to confirm via e mail but no response....this also didnt happen. And up to now no communications from their side and no product for which I already paid

Lack of Interest
A few weeks ago (mid July) I enquired about a cupboard (that has to be made for me) for my bathroom. The guy at the desk took me through the shop showing me examples of what it will look like and took down my details to request a quote based on my measurements. To date I have heard nothing. I then went to DecoFurn and bought a cupboard from them. This being said, it seems that there is no end to the lack of interest that shop staff gives us. I trust that the owner would do something about this. I cannot find any email address for Wilgeheuwel Branch. (Sorry Tanya, perhaps you can help).

Broken bunked beds
I bought bunked beds at lotters last year for my 10 year old and 3year old both daughters and recently I my kids have been complaining about wood falling apart and I went to their offices in Roodepoort and I was advised that I must take the beds to their office and they will then advise if it was user damage of factory fault. the bottom bed was used by my 3 year old and the top by the 10 year old. now my kids are sleeping on the floor yet they have beds I bought for them hoping it's good quality I must say I am disappointed.

Fraud at Centurion Branch! Be carefull
I ordered goods on the 6th of July and Jack at Lotterspine Centrurion sent me one Quote with the correct details, with the next email the quote had fraudulent banking details on!!! I was not aware untill 2 days ago when I contact Tanya spoke to me and said that they think someone 'hacked' their emails. Now I have paid R8000 into an Fnb account. Lotterpine does not want to help me at all, Tanya said I should report this as fraud. My bank came back and said the Fnb account is empty. Guess Jack had a early bonus.

Woodmead Lotterspine outstanding service
This review is specifically for Woodmead Lotterspine. I want to say how awesome the service and constant feedback that I received from Sam. She went over and above the extra mile to ensure that the pieces I purchased were painted as I requested and delivered in time for the Easter weekend. I would recommend the branch; service doesn't exist in many sectors which can be very disappointing but I was so impressed with the service that I received. Thank you and I will be back again.
