Absolutely never buying something from them again. I placed an order on 7 Jan , and was more than prepared to wait the 14 days for the product to be manufactured. After this came and went I followed up and was told that the supplier was closed for Dec (also understandable) and everything is delayed by about a week. Once again I was willing to wait. As this period passed I again followed up and was promised delivery on 7 Feb, I tried to confirm via e mail but no response....this also didnt happen. And up to now no communications from their side and no product for which I already paid
I have been unable to log into my Stash account for a long time. I have tried to reset the password but I am not receiving the confirmation e mail as the e mail address is a very old and unused one and thus closed by Google. Now no one can assist...you keep telling me to log into the app or that my current e mail is not associated. Horrible service
Been trying to get hold of your call centre via tel or e mail since last week to no avail
I inquired regarding insurance for musical instruments and a vehicle. The Vehicle premium was more than double my current premium and advised the consultant as such. I also requested that he contact me the next day regarding the other insurance as I was not sure if I am going to take it. Subsequently I took the musical gear insurance and upon enquirying why I did not receieve the cash back (as advertised on national radio) , I was told it is because it was not offered by the consultant. Am I thus responsible for their employees not doing the job correctly, or is the cash back just a scam. Seriously reconsidering dealing with them for my other insurance
