This is the second time I'm receiving a delivery from them. Spend the entire day home waiting for my parcel to be delivered after receiving an email that the parcel will be delivered. Checked on the status later during the day only to se that the delivery was returned as I live in a security estate without access. 1. I live in a complex with access control, access was given to other deliveries I have received. 2. The driver had the option of phoning me. 3. I also happen to be a trustee with access to camera footage; Internet Express was NOT at the Gate at ANY POINT IN TIM yesterday. Logged two queries on line; phoned their call centre this morning; was promised delivery TODAY! When I track the parcel it is NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY! Also no response to the online queries.
Our VOIP lines have been down a week; this has been reported to VODACOM. I have even reached out via Facebook messenger for assistance and were promised that it would be sorted. To date NOTHING has been done to rectify the situation. I was just instructed that I should stop logging the issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Reported to Vodacom - SR250307-614192/ reported again on 10/03/2025 - SR250310-616068; reported again on 11/03/2025 - SR250311-618841; Received a new ticket number from Portia Hili SR250311-618841)
Went to Clicks Olympus Village to collect a PARGO package for an order placed online, with my one time pin and ID as per the instruction I have received in an email from PARGO. Staff refused to hand over my parcel as my ID lists all three the names I was baptized with and not just Madaleen. I was accused of trying to *****! This was also not the first time I was victimized by staff at Clicks Olympus Village when trying to collect a PARGO package. When I arrived back at the office without my package, I received an email stating that the package has been collected!!! WHO AT CLICKS STOLE MY PACKAGE? It was most certainly not handed to me!
Sixty60's Xstra savings plus of R99 per month is a disappointment. You are supposed to get free deliveries on orders above R350. On your invoice the delivery fee of R35 is added and then subtracted, however the amount that gets deducted from your bank account includes the R35 delivery fee. Checkers sixty60 feels this unauthorized R35 is not a problem, they will add it to your credit wallet and you can use it towards your next purchase! That is an unacceptable answer, especially since I complained after it happened the first time only to find out the matter has not been resolved!
Placed an online order with loot and paid via the instant EFT option on their website. The amount was deducted from my bank account but does not reflect as paid on my order. I can not get a proof of payment for an instant EFT, which means I have to now send them bank statements reflecting the loot payment as well as other payment information. What a hassle to sort out LOOT's mess! All because THE LOOT WEBSITE is not functioning properly!!!
I am being harassed by this company, claiming I have an outstanding LEWIS account. I have never had a LEWIS account, nor do I intend opening one. I'm receiving phone calls and messages NON STOP! They should get their act together! And make sure that their admin is CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have contacted the company requesting them to stop the harassment. I have requested that they sent me the details of the account they claim I have. They did not comply as there IS NO LEWIS ACCOUNT in my name! They wanted me to give them written permission to obtain MY CREDIT DETAILS! There is no way I'm giving a stranger access to my information! Thus the harassment continues! They are sending sms's for a Mr S Xuzula, the contact number they are harassing me on, has been RICA'd in my name! What more do they need to stop the constant phonecalls? Or JUST perhaps, this is a **** to obtain my details?????? The harassment via SMS and phonecalls has not stopped. They have a meaningless one liner they reply to complaints, BUT NO EMAIL HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED?? (Good day, Please note that a response was sent to the email address provided. SSDA Resolutions Team) Just another lie on their part! Completely unprofessional company that clearly has no idea how to do their job!

Bought size 8 boots on 24/05/2023, delivered 07/06/2023. The boots are marked size 8, but they are quite a bit shorter than my size 7 running shoes and there is absolutely no way they are even close to a standard size 8. Yet, it becomes the customer's problem as you not only have to pay for the delivery of the substandard **** they delivered, but also for the return of the product! As long as it's marked size 8 it's not their problem!!!!
I have placed an online order with Big5 Cookware. According to Big5 Cookware my package was collected by Internet Express couriers in 21/12/2022. According to the courier the package was never handed over to them, Big5 Cookware promised to look into it, but I have not received ANY solid feedback other than they will look into it, from them. Big5 Cookware simply responds that they are closed (even though according to the website they are open) and that the package will be delivered (when? Christmas 2024?) In the mean time I have thrown a lot of money in the water on an order I'm not going to receive as both Big5 cookware and Internet express couriers denies accountability - if something goes wrong with an order it becomes the customer's loss as there is a complete lack of responsibility and accountability on the side of Big5 Cookware!
