I have been struggling to access my funds(R6000) because lotto star blocked my account due to suspicious events they said its happening. I have been calling them for the past 3 years but i keep on getting the same response "we will get back to you with the feedback" and i would wait for 6 months without any, when I call to enquire they tell me to supply documents that i have already submitted and repeat the same things of not getting back to me. can you please assist in any way
