Struggling to cancel my membership with Lotus Flow

I have reached out to Lotus Flow Support to assist me in cancelling my subscription. Unfortunately, I keep receiving a standard response to my emails. I am unable to cancel my subscription on their website. In fact, their website states that I don’t have an active membership, but I am being billed.

All that I am asking for, is to have my membership cancelled.
