DO NOT TRY THEM EVEN WHEN YOU ARE DESPERATE

Is there where I can report these people from harassing me? They want me to make an order forcefully, next thing they telling me I made an order of which I know nothing about, the next day they telling me the first order was suppose to be 2 but the invoice said one... Please can someone please help me to get rid of these rude people they are harassing me.
