It was smooth sailing from making the booking up until the departure. Website was easy to use and making the booking via whatsapp was easy as well. Feedback was quick and the hostess was very accommodating with our booking and tried to make it as memorable as possible. The the******s was very considerate and friendly. I would recommend them for a well deserved relaxation or just a quick massage. Will definitely visit them again when in Harties.

I have been going to Lotus Thai Spa in Faerie Glen for years. But today was definitely the last time that I will be dealing with them. I phoned them to find out if they had an opening for myself and a friend for a 60 minute massage to which they rudely responded "we're FULL". Mind you, I phoned twice... Once two find out about the massage and second to make them aware of how they were treating customers. So, just to make sure, I again asked: "are you sure you're full, even if it's 8pm?" Again, they said "we're FULL". They were not polite, they did not say "unfortunately" - SWEET ****** ALL! So, on my third attempt, I did the next sensible thing... Phone the cellphone number on the website and I asked the lady if she was the manager, to which she did not answer but said that she could not help me. I was not interested, as I wanted to speak to someone higher up. I insisted on this, as I did not want to speak to her, then she started shouting at me, I confronted her about how she was speaking to me and then she hung up. I tried to phone back a few times and she never answered me. I am disgusted and I really hope the appropriate owner / person in charge deals with this and I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me because this is NOT how you treat customers.
