We had the worst experience with them. The starting process was not to bad, except that the agent that showed us the property was late on 2 occasions. When we moved into the property, everything was fine except that the bathroom door did not close properly and the toilet seat was loose. We replaced the toilet seat out of our own pocket and left to soon to replace the door. We reached out to them with regards to the prepaid electricity that was charged at double the municipality rate and after following up numerous times we only received feedback of it is the decision of the owner to charge the increased fee. The agency did not even know about this and we needed to find out ourselves from the metering service. We gave notice after 3 months and where told that if a new tenant can be found, they will reconsider withholding a breach of contact fee as the commission was already paid to the agent. Upon enquiring about this as there was new tenant who then also paid their deposit and obviously the agent got commission again, they just did not answer this. We were charged for a shower handle seal that is normal wear and tear for the account of the owner, but was taken from our deposit. They also hold back an amount for painting one room that had marks on the walls. We asked for proof of these marks that needed to be painted but none was given. We showed them our photo's of what we took before we lefts and even on this, they just stuck to their choice. We did not even sign off on the last inspection to confirm that we agreed with the agent, but still no reconsideration was done on our complaints. If will suggest to use other agencies that do not have hidden agenda's and fees that is being withheld unfairly.
What an experience!!! Great place for any type of party - we had a wedding. Everything was as the bride would have liked it - from the table setup, the flowers and the food. And everything was done in one place, so no searching for vendors - they will help you with everything that your big day requires. Accommodation was an experience of its own - sleeping like the Voortrekkers did, just with a bit more luxury. Will recommend Rene for the flowers, snacks and food - all was beautiful and very tasty. Will recommend Oxwagon Lodge for any event!!
It was smooth sailing from making the booking up until the departure. Website was easy to use and making the booking via whatsapp was easy as well. Feedback was quick and the hostess was very accommodating with our booking and tried to make it as memorable as possible. The the******s was very considerate and friendly. I would recommend them for a well deserved relaxation or just a quick massage. Will definitely visit them again when in Harties.

I did not receive my parcel and I followed up with our local postal service, their feedback was that the parcel was damaged and content missing. The postal service updated their feedback on the website stipulating that the parcel was returned to the seller. I never received any feedback further after sending the above to the seller, except that my previous correspondence with them (when following up with them first) is now different and it seems fishy to them. After explaining the difference in my correspondence I never heard back from them. I even contacted eBay to intervene and even then, the refund was withheld. The proof of the delivery that the seller send eBay is false as the reference is not mine and when I bought this under eBay's attention they did not return with any feedback. I will never use eBay again and I would strongly advice if you buy from this seller, request that they use a courier service and not your local postal service to ensure there is a better track record of the delivery.

I placed my order on 9 Oct and received it on 31 Oct. I did follow up about 10days after I placed my order and received a friendly feedback instructing that the delivery takes 15 days ( which I missed in the fine print). I see a lot of people mentioning (on Instagram and here) that you can buy the same bra on Shein or Temu and I want to correct these ladies as I bought similar looking bra's on Shein and it is not the same quality. The elasticity of the Schulpt bra is much better and the material is far better quality than those of Shein. I would recommend spending the extra and using Sculpt as your source as you will only be disappointed in the Shein ones. I would have given Sculpt a 5 star if the fine print was maybe also showing on the payment page, just for confirmation. Just for that double check to ensure the client did notice the delivery delay time.

We've been struggling to get hold of anyone that can assist with a settlement letter for a bond that has been paid up more than 10 years back. When you phone they say you need to go to a branch. When you go to a branch they say that you need to phone. We 've been to a branch and did not leave until someone tried to help. It has been more than 2 months now and still no answer. We've even lodged a complaint directly to Nedbank Complaints, still no answer. No one seems to know what to do and Nedbank is suppose to be the bank that wants to assist and be number one. Not going to happen at this rate - would have given no stars if it was allowed.
