Perfect venue with an awesome view
What an experience!!! Great place for any type of party - we had a wedding. Everything was as the bride would have liked it - from the table setup, the flowers and the food. And everything was done in one place, so no searching for vendors - they will help you with everything that your big day requires. Accommodation was an experience of its own - sleeping like the Voortrekkers did, just with a bit more luxury. Will recommend Rene for the flowers, snacks and food - all was beautiful and very tasty. Will recommend Oxwagon Lodge for any event!!

Perfect venue with an awesome view
What an experience!!! Great place for any type of party - we had a wedding. Everything was as the bride would have liked it - from the table setup, the flowers and the food. And everything was done in one place, so no searching for vendors - they will help you with everything that your big day requires. Worst Experience
Worst experience. This was on my bucket list booked for Breakfast with Manager over the phone drove all the way from Pretoria. Got their awesome view waiter explained the difference breakfast seated us at a nice table perfect view had nice Boere coffee next moment we get chased out by waiter saying we must sit go sit in coffee shop the couple who got married the previous night demanded their family wants to sit there and also took me on saying how can we eat their food after we ordered our champagne breakfast. Have never felt so unwelcome.

Pick nick basket very expensive and not worth it do not get alot of food for 600 Rand and ask them can i keep al the foods that's left they said yes and get some items but they said you can keep them because you payed for it and next day they said no it is only the there, Won't recommend the over expensive basket

Horrible and Hated stay
What a horrible and dirty experience we had. I am full of bed bug bites, owner was so rude, didn't even bother asking how the stay was never mind couldn't even come and say goodbye and we were overcharged for our stay, never mind the workers absolutely rude, the pool is incomplete a family member slipped and got hurt, the showers in the bathrooms leak, constantly wet, the dogs and cats creep in and sleep under your bed, feel like sending the Health and Safety officers to this place, as for the pics on the website they are so deceiving would not recommend this place to anybody. Horrible and Hated stay. Unpleasant 80th birthday celebration weekend, lied about the hours at the bar service, they just left us hanging with no where to go to cause you cant bring in your own drinks you are forced to buy from them but they close on you. Never mind the workers absolutely rude, the pool is incomplete a family member slipped and got hurt, the showers in the bathrooms leak, the beds are hard the wagons are not maintained on the inside and out,constantly wet floors on the bathrooms.
