Ebay ****med me big time
I believe i have been ****med by ebay, I have bought a part for my vehicle and when tracking my parcel they said it was suppose to be delivered on 24th October 2925, even now there's nothing. I've been referred to Dpd and still they can't find my parcel

Ebay ****med me big time
I believe i have been ****med by ebay, I have bought a part for my vehicle and when tracking my parcel they said it was suppose to be delivered on 24th October 2925, even now there's nothing. I've been referred to Dpd and still they can't find my parcel

eBay is the worst
I did not receive my parcel and I followed up with our local postal service, their feedback was that the parcel was damaged and content missing. The postal service updated their feedback on the website stipulating that the parcel was returned to the seller. I never received any feedback further after sending the above to the seller, except that my previous correspondence with them (when following up with them first) is now different and it seems fishy to them. After explaining the difference in my correspondence I never heard back from them. I even contacted eBay to intervene and even then, the refund was withheld. The proof of the delivery that the seller send eBay is false as the reference is not mine and when I bought this under eBay's attention they did not return with any feedback. I will never use eBay again and I would strongly advice if you buy from this seller, request that they use a courier service and not your local postal service to ensure there is a better track record of the delivery.

Did ebay just ***** my money?
I ordered an item from zzperformance_esales (order #03-13***4 ), which was cancelled by the seller (due to shipping). I then received an email indicating I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days (on my card). It is now nearing 2 months and I still have not received my refund. Seller says ebay was supposed to do the refund. And ebay's customer service is completely useless.
