Discovery and SSDA
After several phone calls and emails to SSDA I'm struggling to get a paid-up letter. Agents constantly phone and threatens the are offensive and when I request a call reference number, they repeat the telephone number or I get transferred from one person to the next. No joy from anybody there. This matter was settled with them AND Discovery now do I need to seek legal advice or can this matter be put to rest once and for all.

Impolite agent
I just received a call from FGro Red on behalf of Discovery .. I explained that I don’t Like Discovery and she hang up on me how impolite they should not be employ at FGro .. the call was on 05 Dec 2024 at about 14H50 my number 079 492 7925 please check with the call logger system I demand an apology. Shame on you.

The worst company I ever delt with sold us a **** Wind turbine and refuse to refund PPL please don't use them even if you phone you will not het helped so sad we lost over R11,000.00

Incorrect product.
<div>Good day Guys. I bought a wind turbine from the company and I have had endless issues with the incorrect product supp****, from the wrong MPPT controller to now the incorrect wind turbine.. I bought a 48v 5000w system from them and have found out that the wind turbine is a 24v turbine. I asked them to please refund me as I am now lost total interest in the ability to resolve the issue. The installation was done 2 weeks ago and no change to our 48v system at home; I had a Green card technician out to test for us the 3 phase output from the turbine max. at 32V AC per phase at high wind speeds the max wattage we get is 17.5 Watts this unit is supposed to give us 48v DC / 5000 watts at high wind. Mr. ******** - The Customer Services Consultant refuse to transfer our call to the manager... so Disappointed and did we waist R11,000.00 excluding Customs duty???</div>

Wendy House.
My one bedroom and balcony home was constructed 18 months ago now I had to replace 34 poles and re do all the timber non treated timber was used I replacing the ceilings now for the 3rd time cost R31,000
