Bad condition

I was admitted in December gave them the benefit of the doubt second time around thinking they will do better but they have failed me. The hospitals condition is bad. The remote for calling nurses us not working I had to shout to let them know I need them and when you tell them about the bad condition things are they will look at you like you have three heads and nothing gets fixed even the WiFi runs out I don't get
