I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag the M44021 NEONOE MM MNG COQUELICOT ahandbag at Sandton store , and while I was initially thrilled with its elegance and craftsmanship, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. After just a few months of regular use, I noticed cracks forming at the top of the bag and threads popping out . I even went to the store and the floor manager said it was **** until he checked on the system and realised I bought it in their store . He exchanged it for me and the second time it did the same thing . I took it in for repairs, hoping for a resolution, but the outcome was far from satisfactory. When I received it back, the top had been cut, and the bag appeared noticeably smaller than its original size.

To make matters worse, the quality of the repairs was subpar, with visible threads and cracks that made the bag look almost ****. I expected a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton to uphold a certain standard, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. Overall, I cannot recommend this bag, as it has not lived up to the expectations set by its prestigious name. I can’t even walk around carrying that bag it’s in their store they can’t even resolve the matter amicable they want me to use it is such disrespect I felt
