<div>I am extremely upset and deeply disappointed with the treatment and service I have received from ***** at the Sanlam Thohoyandou Branch. Without my consent, he has been contacting my family members, collecting their signatures, and requesting personal information in an attempt to process a life policy claim on my behalf. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about privacy, professionalism, and possible *****ulent conduct. There have been unnecessary delays in the process, and despite my formal request to Sanlam to have him removed from handling my case, he continues to interfere by setting up meetings and involving himself in my matter. This behavior is inappropriate and must stop immediately. I expect urgent intervention and a full investigation into this situation.</div>
I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag the M44021 NEONOE MM MNG COQUELICOT ahandbag at Sandton store , and while I was initially thrilled with its elegance and craftsmanship, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. After just a few months of regular use, I noticed cracks forming at the top of the bag and threads popping out . I even went to the store and the floor manager said it was **** until he checked on the system and realised I bought it in their store . He exchanged it for me and the second time it did the same thing . I took it in for repairs, hoping for a resolution, but the outcome was far from satisfactory. When I received it back, the top had been cut, and the bag appeared noticeably smaller than its original size. To make matters worse, the quality of the repairs was subpar, with visible threads and cracks that made the bag look almost ****. I expected a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton to uphold a certain standard, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. Overall, I cannot recommend this bag, as it has not lived up to the expectations set by its prestigious name. I can’t even walk around carrying that bag it’s in their store they can’t even resolve the matter amicable they want me to use it is such disrespect I felt
I took my bag to LV to have the Repair Centre to assess the products and confirm if there will be repair options on my bag and wallet in May as the quality of the bag and wallet was not according to their standard. I use to be ashamed walking around with them like that they looked like **** .They told me they will re-stitch and re-edge-dye the edges of my wallet and to re-apply edge-dye on the top edges of the handbag as there is no repair. With this done that frustrated me was in September when they told me everything was done and to be collected I realised my bag was cut at the top and now so small from the original size how can they disrespect me like that to walk around with their compromised quality of a bag like that which looks nothing like how it was . The edges of the wallet where not even restiched . The quality of the products is questionable and yet we pay so much for these things .
Bad service , someone opened an account with my names and email address but using a different ID number from mine . Was speaking to the customer care lady Patricia and she was shouting and me and not giving me a chance to talk trying to argue with me . Bad service not helpful at all
