SCAM

So I order a item from this company in November. First they double deducted the order from my account and now it's been 2 months and I still have not recieved my parcel this company is a scam and I would suggest that people do not fall for the adds on social media as they make it look so legit until you actually buy something from them.

If someone can also suggest as to where I can report this company for fraudulent business sales.
