This company is a **** please do not join as they do trading and all goes well as soon as you want to withdraw your money then its a different story. Just stay away from them and save yourself disappointment. At best you will just get back your own money and they keep your profits. za.vsmorgan.com
So I order a item from this company in November. First they double deducted the order from my account and now it's been 2 months and I still have not recieved my parcel this company is a scam and I would suggest that people do not fall for the adds on social media as they make it look so legit until you actually buy something from them. If someone can also suggest as to where I can report this company for fraudulent business sales.
The worst inter service provider ever. They charge you for 5g but you only get speeds of 10mbs. If you lucky. Then if that's not bad enough if you cancel the subscription with them they don't cancel it at all they keep charging your account. This if fraud and I would like it if someone could refer me to a good lawyer. Because I not only payed for something I never received but they just keep taking debt orders from my account after I cancelled more than 2 months ago
i made an order on the 11th of October i received my tracking email etc. none of the times as per the tracking have been met i have not received anything from mweb. i have tried multiple ways to get hold off them and this has been unsuccessful. according to the order i should have received my stuff by now everytime i call i get dropped as soon as they pickup. disappointing Order No. X6723461
Worst costumer services. they where supposed to updated my information on the system months ago but because of them i am unable to qualify for finance. months ago i send all the document to FNB as they requested i received confirmation that all was fine. 3 weeks ago i called them they said all is fine they dont see any issues. so i sold me vehicle as i wanted to buy an new one now i am struggling to get finance because fnb is negligent. if anyone knows where i could sort this issue out to get my score updated correctly please let me know.
Worst internet service provider ever dont join these guys if you thing you have issues with your current provider you have no idea what struggling is. First month or two is great they seem amazing hmi have been struggling with my internet speeds for so long its not even funny anymore. Honestly if i could switch i would this is not worth the money.
I HAVE HAD BAD INTERNET FOR A MINIMUM IF 3 MONTHS NOW. I AM ON THE 5G PACKAGE OR R999.00 . EVERY TIME I CALL IN THEY TELL ME MY INTERNET IS FINE WHEN I DISAGREE. TODAY I CALLED AGAIN AND I WAS TOLD I SHOULD ROTATE MY ROUTER THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN A YEAR NOW WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED THAT MY TOWER HAS BEEN SWITCHED, ANYWAY I HAVE ROTATED MY ROUTER RESTARTED EVERYTHING AS REQUESTED BUT STILL REVIVING A BAD SIGNAL. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS I'M GETTING SPEEDS WORSE THAN 10MBS DOWN AND 1MBS UPLOAD THIS IS NOT 5G QUALITY. WHEN I STARTED WITH RAIN THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS WHERE AWESOME GETTING SPEEDS OF 300MPS I WAS SO HAPPY AND THEN ONE DAY EVERYTHING JUST WHEN SOUTH AND ITS GETTING EVEN WORSE. SOMETHIMES ITS SO BAD I CANT EVEN OPEN GOOGLE AND I AM NOT EVEN OVER REACTING.
I was told i won some sort of price and that i was part of an select 10 that could trade ect. after realising that is exactly the same plan i cancelled with them i called and cancelled but this time its much harder to get in contact with anyone now the debt order went off and i'm not happy at all. Worst company i have ever done business with when it comes to communication.
I have been trying to get an s10e with telkom for 2 months now as they keep advertising it I keep getting my Hope's up that there Is stock available. But this seem to be a trick to get customers to buy other products as 1 shop says they won't get and other shops say they waiting for stock. Every shop i visit has diffrent stories as to why they don't have have waisted my time at roughly 15 stores by now waiting in a queue signing a contract and then just to here it's not available. Why do they advertise the product if it's not even available in any of there stores? Pathetic service and no real answers will never again do business with them and will definitely encourage everyone I know to switch servers providers as telkom doesnt care about there customers
