I was emailed a promotion for 40 free spins if I deposit a minimum of R40 So I did I bought a OTT R20 x 2 however I loaded the Deposit as well and entered the code for the bonus however I never get the bonus spins and but I played the game required to get the 40 spins but there was nothing escalated to support on live chat spoke to Andile he stated that its optional but nothing was stated in the email bad company dont live to their promotions

Not receiving full withdrawal
Ridiculous you can only withdraw a certain amount of money if you had a bonus and the rest of the money just disappear... Definitively will never be using this place again and will encourage everyone to stay away.

Id give them -0 stars if i could. Leeches. They started out great trying to gain people. After 4 months in and R25k in, nogals level 33, you can deposit but YOU WON'T WIN AGAIN. **** bonuses, advertises jackpots that I am sure no one ever even wins. Closed my account and i suggest you do the same because they WILL MILK YOU DRY. The wager amounts have gone up. The betting amounts have gone up. The bonus amounts have gone DOWN. I've spent enough time on here to legitimately say you'll end up being sorry for joining in the first place. Zarbet, you didn't just lose me. When you get a ton of people like me asking to deactivate their accounts, just know those people are the one's I brought over to your site. And this will not be my only review.

I would not advise anyone to play or bet anything on Zarbet. I deposited R100 and played, I've won over R1000 but now that I want to withdraw the money there is a lot of issues and their system does not accept your ID, or customer care. I've tried uploading jpeg file and pdf and still declined it. No feedback from customer care centre as well.
