I won a bonus of R75 played and when I reached R335 wanted to cash out was told I have to complete the pay throughout any way continue to play ended up winning R1700 tried to cash out and was told about play throughout again eventually I was allowed to cash out at R1400 I confirmed amount provided banking details yet only received R250 when I enquired was told bonus spins are capped at R250

This online casino, they witches! Tsotsi, **** of all kinds. They have million excuses to let you withdraw. If it's not playthroughs, it's active bonuses. They should check how other online casinos operate, maybe they will learn a thing or two. I wish nothing but the worst for their future endeavours

I was playing after a deposit of R250 i started winning up to R1600 and somehow somewhere i apparently clicked on a bus that only gave me R200 i ignored it as i noticed when i play games that was not Zarbet original games it goes away so i did not mind it after winning R5000 i wanted to withdraw and they kept R2500 after i asked what happened to my R1600 before this bonus was active they just said its a casino and thats how it works. This is not the first time btw every-time i want to withdraw after winning big it seems that there is some reason i cant. I would love it if someone can point me in the right direction to expose these people who can i go see how can i report it.

I was emailed a promotion for 40 free spins if I deposit a minimum of R40 So I did I bought a OTT R20 x 2 however I loaded the Deposit as well and entered the code for the bonus however I never get the bonus spins and but I played the game required to get the 40 spins but there was nothing escalated to support on live chat spoke to Andile he stated that its optional but nothing was stated in the email bad company dont live to their promotions
