Sorbet - inferior products and chipped nails

I used a gift voucher to get my nails done, paid in the additional amount. The product peeled off and chipped after 4 days. I contacted them and received another opportunity for a do-over. The product chipped again after 6 days. I am appalled at the inferior products used. My usual technician's (private) application stays on my nails for 6 weeks until I have a soak off and never chips or peels off. I do believe it's an inferior product and not the application method. I will not be using Sorbet again for my nails.
