No sense of urgency or client service.People shouldn't bother going there if they have pressing matters.
Whenever I requested a document from them I had to send at least 3 emails. When the request was finally answered, it would have mistakes and it would take a further 3 or more emails to fix. By far the worst experience ever.

Worst optritian ever
This lady is so rude and unreliable, she won't even do a report for our child's school even though she saw him and over charges us for everything, She is in Alberton and you would do better to not go and see her at all. In the long run you will be very sorry. One morning we arrived for our appointment and she wasn't prepared and didn't even know who our son was. We had to wait 20 minutes while she read his file again and we went over his case history for the second time with her. Really a disaster for anyone who needs long term treatment for their kids.

She screams at you on the phone and I would just like to warn other people against her. Rather consider someone else as in the long run, you will be very sorry.
