I dealt with Eulene Du Plesiss. I bought some coffee from her on the 9th of October. I am still waiting for my product or my refund. She has a million excuses from her bank being hacked, to the courier company not being allowed to deliver because of Covid.

Worst optritian ever
This lady is so rude and unreliable, she won't even do a report for our child's school even though she saw him and over charges us for everything, She is in Alberton and you would do better to not go and see her at all. In the long run you will be very sorry. One morning we arrived for our appointment and she wasn't prepared and didn't even know who our son was. We had to wait 20 minutes while she read his file again and we went over his case history for the second time with her. Really a disaster for anyone who needs long term treatment for their kids.

Extremely bad service
worst treatment ever. This lady is so rude and unhelpful, she overcharges for everything and she wont even give us a report for our child's school. She screams at you on the phone and I would just like to warn other people against her. Rather consider someone else as in the long run, you will be very sorry.

Pills dont produce results - no refund as promised
I replied to a FB post and Jared called me and convinced me to buy his Slender Me products for R580.00 that would help me to lose around 3kg per week without exercise or dieting. He even promsed a two week I am desperate to lose weight so i transfered the money and got my pills a couple days later. I tried the pills for 3 weeks and weighed myself each week and lost no weight at all. i contacted Jared but recieved no feedback. i then asked for my refund and got the run around and no real feedback as yet. I feel they are selling an untested product and making promised that they cannot deliver on and not keepting their promise of a refund policy.
