I dealt with Eulene Du Plesiss. I bought some coffee from her on the 9th of October. I am still waiting for my product or my refund. She has a million excuses from her bank being hacked, to the courier company not being allowed to deliver because of Covid.

I purchased products from Jeunesse Global for over R 3500 end of 2019. After reading reviews online, I wasn't happy to use the product I purchased. I decided to return the products sealed as it was sent to me and I contacted them using their online system. I was told to return for refund less 10%, that means I will get 90% of the monies I have paid. However after returning the product on 2nd Jan 2020 and it was received by their offices on 03rd Jan 2020, I am still waiting for my refund. The company seem to ignore my requests and there is no real Customer care systems operating in RSA. Every time I raise a ticket or make a call it was closed after a week without resolving. The company seem to not really want to refund after more than 6 weeks. I lost my money and the product I paid for. It seems a very big SCAM operating in RSA and around the world. If this wasn't resolved and refunded by end of Feb-2020 I will be reporting this to law enforcement.

I was sold a concept of being a distributor by an agent based in Canada. After the sign-up I realized that this was not a worthwhile business prospect and not financially sound. I notified Jeunesse South Africa of my intention to cancel the membership within 24 hours. The company is refusing to refund me of a substantial amount of money. They are coming up with all sorts of stories and basically say it's my problem for signing up and they just cashed in on my money. It just shows that they want your business but actually treat people badly.

This company sells products that expires within 30 days .The reps do not notify their clients on this which has a huge impact on retail products .Their products are expensive and should have a shelf life of at 12 months or more . Becareful when purchasing stock for retail . Thanks

Usually, i didnt trust ordering online yet i gave it a try and ordered from ur site and it was such an amazing experience. All the stuff were well received! Fast delivery and well packaged. Ur online team is very helpfull and kind! thank u guys
