Worst timeshare company to deal with .We had a death in the family due to Covid and wanted to postpone or cancel our bookings and I was told we cannot .I will forfeit my points and fees paid .They are not accommodating and not helpful at all.Its only about money when it comes this company .
Very in considerate when it comes to exchange of goods .I bought an item that was on special to safe on the price which included an additional ottoman but it did not fit and wanted to exchange the ottoman for something else .They gave s 48 hour policy and the item was delivered to a flat which was not used until the owner went to set up.It is still not used cause the owner has not moved and they refuse to exchange for another item .I am a regular cash customer but will not be going to buy from them ever again .
This company sells products that expires within 30 days .The reps do not notify their clients on this which has a huge impact on retail products .Their products are expensive and should have a shelf life of at 12 months or more . Becareful when purchasing stock for retail . Thanks
Management fees increased by around 40% which is very high and no communication to clients on the annual increase . The normal increase is around 10%
<p>Elite mobile has called me saying that they are in partner with vodacom and that I was due for a upgrade for my data from 1 GB to 2GB .. I accepted the increase cause it was cheaper than what I was paying being a special. only to find out that they upgraded both my accounts instead on one cause the other was my husbands. They debuted my account twice for 150 plus 2 other debit orders for rescue box and tech trace don't know what that was for</p> <p>i called vodacom and they know nothing about that And don't deal with Elitemobile. Be careful people . </p> <p> </p>
