On Friday, 28 March 2025, at 06:36 AM, I was shocked to discover multiple unauthorized transactions of R365.90 each on my MiGoal Plus Account, processed at 02:28 AM—while I was asleep. The *****ulent transactions were linked to "OpenAI and Curson," which I do not know of. I immediately contacted Nedbank, and while my American Express card was blocked, I am deeply disappointed in how this situation has been handled. The SMS alert I received was labeled "Nedbank Warning," yet no proactive measures were taken to stop the transactions or confirm whether I authorized them. To make matters worse, the transactions continued to process with a future date of 29 March 2025, raising serious concerns about the bank’s ***** detection and prevention systems. The initial consultant who assisted me could see that I rarely use my American Express card. I was transferred to the ***** Department, where I was informed that I would only be refunded in 7 to 21 days, pending an investigation. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I have month-end financial commitments. I was also given an escalation email, but to date, no action has been taken. Repeated attempts to follow up have been frustrating—I have spent over 30 minutes on hold each time with no resolution. Compared to my experience with Standard Bank, where every online transaction requires SMS confirmation and the bank’s system is more efficient, Nedbank’s response has been disappointingly slow and inadequate. This entire experience has left me questioning my trust in Nedbank. A financial institution should prioritize protecting its customers, and this incident has proven that Nedbank falls short. I demand an urgent resolution and immediate reimbur*****t of the ****** funds.
This is the best branch since driving a BMW for over 20 years. The service and professional friendly staff are excellent from when they receive your call. I am particularly impressed by the security personnel, the staff members checking the car, the reception received, and everyone is expectant of clients coming through. The drivers are professional and ready at the entrance to give you a lift and take the necessary safety precautions. The stellar update on the vehicle's progress during the day by the consultants looking after you. I have not seen such excellent security measures taken by the guards including BMW Drivers driving in and out. Most of all, I was delighted as the customer! Thank you.
I have been a loyal customer, paying my Discovery Life premiums for years, only to find that when I truly needed the benefits I was promised, they found loopholes to avoid honoring their commitments. Despite having a Capital Benefit whilst on sick leave, Discovery has made the claims process unnecessarily lengthy and complicated, leaving me without the support I expected. It's disheartening to see a company with such a strong reputation behave in this way. After reading through many reviews, it’s clear that my experience isn’t unique. Their Trust Index and NPS ratings are shockingly low, which speaks volumes about their service. I urge anyone considering Discovery’s products to think twice before signing up. There are far better providers out there who truly stand by their promises and care about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

From August 2023 to February 2024, I have endured a frustrating experience, during which I have not received the service I originally requested. My patience has reached its limit, and I am left with no choice but to explore other service providers. It pains me to say this, but my experience with Vodacom has been nothing short of disappointing.

Despite your commitment to improvements in your organization, the situation has not improved, and my experience has only worsened. In response to your points on my review in October 2023: Activation and Follow-Up: Despite assurances that Stephan would follow up on the activation of my service, no action has been taken. Furthermore, my request to have the service activated under the R399 promo has been ignored, and the person who referred Stephan has not followed through. Additional Router: The provision of an extra router has led to an unnecessary Vumatel relocation issue, as I am stuck with an extra router. It wouldn't be a problem to incur costs. This is not part of the problem. Router Delivery Issues: The router delivered did not come with a plug, and an incorrect DSL cable was provided. This is not a matter of a simple replacement but a fundamental failure in delivering a complete and functional product. Inconsistent Information: I have made three calls this month, and each consultant provided different and conflicting information. This lack of consistency is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of an already prolonged issue. The most recent suggestion to complete a sales order for the same third router is baffling. Why should I continue to receive the same router repeatedly? This is a clear indication of a systemic issue within Vodacom Fibre that needs urgent attention. I have received a notification that this service request is closed "FTTH Technical Support, Customer ONT down" I cannot emphasize enough how exasperated I am with the lack of resolution for a problem that has persisted for six months or more. It is disheartening to see a company of Vodacom's stature struggling with such basic service issues. I urge you to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities within your organization to ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see tangible improvements in the service provided.

Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After leaving my initial review, I was finally contacted by the company. However, despite their promise to address my concerns, my request remains unresolved. I've been left hanging, with no communication or follow-up from their escalation department. This lack of follow-through and accountability is truly disheartening. I had high hopes for a prompt and efficient resolution to my issue, but it seems like a distant dream at this point. It leaves me wondering, what really needs to happen for this provider to fulfill their commitments and provide the service I expected? My experience with this company has been far from satisfactory, and I hope that potential customers take note of this lack of responsiveness and follow-up before engaging their services. I posted a review on 26 Sep 2023 and the next day I was contacted by the company. After the call, the consultant promised to send me my Tax Certificate and acknowledged my frustrations. She promised to email the document but still no document or follow-up! This is so unbelievable and unacceptable. They are so unreliable. IMAGINE 4 MONTHS REQUESTING A DOCUMENT THAT CAN BE SHARED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I requested an amended Tax Certificate for 2023 on 12 July 2023. I made follow-ups via email. I still have not had a response from them! This is so bad, Alexander Forbes used to be professional.
